The Rosenblum’s Store and the Maxwell Bros. and Kinard Store was built ca. 1900.
Rosenblum’s was run opened by Sam Rosenblum and then ran by Albert Rosenblum.
The Maxwell Brothers and Kinard Furniture Store occupied the other portion of the building. That store was originally the S.M. & E. H Wilkes & Company.
