The C. B. McCallum Cotton Gin and Sawmill was rebuilt in 1915 after a fire by Charles Beauregard McCallum.

Not much was really known about this building, but the property records combined with trade publications from the 1915 states that a sawmill in Leeds was burned and was being rebuilt with a cotton gin by C. B. McCallum.
