The Bank of Ridgeway and Masonic Lodge was built ca 1899. The Bank of Ridgeway was established in December of 1898 and after several mergers is now part of First Citizens Bank. This location closed in 2017. A Masonic Lodge meeting place was built on the second story during the original construction. The Ridgeway Lodge No. 30 AFM was chartered on September 2, 1856.
