Settlemyer Building

The Settlemyer Building was constructed in 1903. This 3-story brick building was the home of Cherokee Savings Bank for many years. The building features a corner entrance with a marble Iconic column. Pilasters divide the upper facade and at the roofline is a corralled brick cornice. Windows on the third story have rounded arches; a recessed balcony is also located on the third floor

The Settlemyer Building was constructed in 1903 by S.L. Settlemyer. In 1911, Settlemyer helped organize the Cherokee Savings Bank, which occupied the lower level for many years. This 3-story brick building features a corner entrance with a marble Iconic column. The third story has a recessed balcony.
