Pinner’s Pharmacy was built in the early 1900s by Dr. Z.T. Pinner, a practicing local physician. Dr. Pinner was born in Arden, NC and graduated from the College of Tennessee before settling in Pomaria. Dr. Pinner was elected president of the Newberry County Medical Society in 1914.
