I was born in Norway and always thought that building was a skyscraper!! Who owns the building now and/or is it going to be preserved and/or restored?
Ernest, I don’t know for sure, but I have been to Norway a few times since the summer of 2016. Have never seen the building in use.
I was a policeman in Norway for short time in 1994 and never saw it used
