155 North Dargan Street was built in 1913 after Joseph Nofal achieved much success with his first department⁠ store that was located on East Evans Street. Nofal operated a department store at this location that contained items such as dry goods, clothing, shoes, and hats

The Colonel (honorary) James Arthur Banks house was built ca.1893 as a residence for South Carolina State Representative and State Senator Col. J. A. Banks, and rebuilt in 1909-1910. Banks was a prominent merchant, farmer, banker that served as Mayor of St. Matthews, on the school board, State House and State Representative. He also served as the President of the State Fair Association and State Warehouse Association

The former Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church was built in 1834. The church has since been converted to a home

The Easterling Furniture Company building was built in the very late 1800’s. The National Registry lists the building as an excellent example of a late 19th Century iron front building
